About Black Horse Limousines
The site says Blackhorse Limo Company serves Houston and surrounding counties and is fully insured and licensed with the City of Houston. It offers optional flowers, roses, a red carpet and decorations, and says chauffeurs go through training, drug tests, background checks and DMV checks. Airport pages list the IAH terminals and Hobby Airport, and the services page names wedding and quinceañera transportation.
Parts of the website are unfinished. Several pages carry placeholder filler text, and the contact block shows a Netherlands address and a generic email instead of the Hockley business. Confirm contact details before relying on the site. The about page also calls it the only limousine company in Houston, a claim worth checking against other operators.
