Provider trust standard
Evidence, Not Endorsements
Badges communicate the narrow evidence the directory holds. They never mean “best,” “safe,” “licensed everywhere,” “available,” or “guaranteed.”
Provider-confirmed identity
An authorized representative completed the claim workflow and the directory approved a time-limited identity evidence record. This does not verify every service claim.
Public-source matched
The stored business record matched an external public business source when reviewed. The source can become outdated and is not an endorsement.
Vehicle records on file
The directory holds one or more vehicle records associated with the listing. Ownership, current condition, exact amenities, and event availability must be reconfirmed.
Evidence review incomplete
The listing remains visible for correction and research, but the stronger evidence badges have not been earned.
Linkable provider badge
After an identity verification is approved, the provider profile exposes a time-limited SVG badge asset. Providers may display it only when the badge links back to the directory evidence record. Expired or withdrawn records return no badge.
Claim, correct, or challenge a badge
Requests enter a review queue. Submitted evidence is not published automatically, and badge records expire unless refreshed.
